How the calculation works
Interior sheets = ceil(pages ÷ 4) × copies. Add the chosen waste allowance and round up.
Before you use the result
Assumes one folded sheet makes four interior pages, with one separate cover sheet per copy. Cover waste is calculated separately.
A worked example
Interior pages per copy: 24 · Copies: 50 · Extra paper (%): 10 · Sheets per ream: 500.
